sadUncle Jimmy looking back though all my childhood memories I always remember seeing you at Christmas, Easter, and of course on Thanksgiving where you always ate all the green beans up. The holidays just aren’t going to be the same without you around always standing in the kitchen when mom was trying to finish cooking and you would always block the area she needed.
The one time I remember the most was when I got my 3-D Titanic puzzle and you spent most the night trying to put it together long after I even gave up and went to go play in my room. xD To bad we never really got to finish the whole ship though. Even still it was fun for me and semi frustrating as well. Thank you for trying your best and working on my puzzle for me. When I think of you that is the moment I will always see. :)
I’ll never forget the way you and dad always laughed together while watching the races and the way the both of you hung out in the garage and talked about getting you old green Nova back into its racing glory. I know that with you passing, dad will be very upset even if he tries to hide it. You were one of his best friends his whole life.
Even though as you got sicker your own kids began to grow further apart from you, I hope you will not put it against them. They were just afraid of growing to love you too much to where they were afraid they wouldn’t be able to let you go in the end. Even if the family never really told you face to face you are very important to them and that we all love you and we will all miss you too.
We love you and we’ll be seeing you.
