Vampire Game ; Duzell

July 6th, 2008

~ Tokyo, Japan ~
Today was our Tokyo shopping day. We went to places in Kamakura and Harajuku. Harajuku was my favorite place though. We went to so many stores. :] I bought lots and lots of socks from Tutuanna and I even bought a rainbow belt and my plaid dress there too. :D Oh and who can forget everyone’s favorite store ‘Nudy Boy’. Nudy Boy was very similar to the gothic hot topic look almost. However it was all over our favorite simply because the young boy that worked there was very cute and we all just liked to look at him. xD We such dorks. :] Kristi bought her NB tie there for 25,000¥ which caused me to laugh at here because shortly after leaving the store we found a store that sold the exact same tie for only 5,000¥. :] I told her she should’ve waited a bit. But she was all “I HAVE A NUDY BOY TIE” xD
At Kamakura we met a Japanese Elder who apparently loved Speed Racer. That day I wore my Speed Racer tee and entering the shop he was all “EH? SPEEED RACERR?” and I was all “YEAH SPEEED RACERRR.” Then on my way out he was all. “ZOOOOOM / WHOOOOSH” xD which is just too funny. :] You just HAD to be there. xD
That day we also went to see the Meiji Jingu Shrine which was beautiful!! That day there was a total of 8 weddings going on that day. We got to see two of the brides and grooms. :] One was the western style white wedding and the other was a traditional Japanese wedding style kimono. :] They were both breathtaking brides. :] We even got to see the miko’s preparing for the Star Festival! :D
Then that night Emi took a group of us to Shibuya and let us loose to go shopping. It was sooo pretty. It looked almost like Time Square in New York. :] While we were there we went into an arcade and the employee tried really hard to try and ask us our ages to make sure we were allowed in there. It was kind of creepy. But he did a good job. :D What age had to do at an arcade I have no clue. >.> While were there, Kristi and I found Muto which is a HUGE music and DVD store. :] While we were in there I bought Perfume’s newest album Game which we had seen on teevee over there earlier in the week. However after I finished buying my CD Kristi freaked and pointed to a Japanese magazine. There on the cover was the Big white words “VAMPS” and pictured with another man was no other then HYDE!  The book cost me 750¥ however it was worth it because it’s got lots of HYDE posters in it and even an interview along with Perfume posters! :D Thus it makes it a good BUY! ^.^6
